Yes, preparing your home for a cleaning is very important. Please make sure all dishes, laundry and items are put away to allow the cleaner to reach all surfaces. If specific cleaning products are requested please have them ready for your cleaners. If laundry, dish or organization services are needed please let us know prior to your cleaning as this can be done at an additional cost. 

No, you don’t have to be present during the cleaning service. Many of our clients provide us with access to their homes while they’re away. Our team is professional, trustworthy, and committed to respecting your privacy. If you prefer to be home, that’s perfectly fine as well—whatever makes you most comfortable!

Yes, we bring our own cleaning supplies and equipment. However, if you have any special requests, please let us know and we'll do our best to accommodate them.

Our regular cleaning service includes dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, cleaning bathrooms, and cleaning the kitchen. We can also customize the service to fit your specific needs.
